The CAMSA Terms of Reference (ToR)and By-Laws are subject to annual review by the CAMSA Governance Committee prior to being presented to the CAMSA Board of Directors for approval. The ToR and By-Laws will then be brought forward for a vote at the Annual General Meeting prior to implementation.
